As a small business, Kayla Weber Art is committed to creating beautiful works of art that are perfect for your home. If a print or item is damaged upon arrival, we would be happy to reprint and re-ship your order at no extra cost to you. We ask that you return the print to our studio, or send photos of the damages to info@kaylaweberart.com.

Prints may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase if items are still in original packaging. Large prints and canvas prints that are custom ordered are non-refundable and are final sale.

All sales are final on merchandise and accessories.

All sales are final on Kayla's original globes, hand-painted ornaments, or any original painting.

Commissioned artwork is not eligible for return or exchange.

In person painting workshops are non-refundable, unless notice is given 2 weeks before the class is scheduled. Workshop tickets are transferable.

Online painting courses are non-refundable.

Shipping times vary based on item purchased. Most items will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Pre-Order items or large canvases take 7-10 business days to ship. Canvas prints or framed prints take up to 3 weeks to ship. Shipping costs are based on item ordered and will be displayed at checkout. Please select the largest item you are ordering and choose the corresponding shipping price.

Digital downloads will be delivered immediately to your inbox. These are non-refundable due to the downloadable nature of the item.
